Will Ferrell
Will Ferrell
was a member of the cast of Saturday Night Live before going on to be a star in
big-screen comedies such as 'Elf 'Anchorman,' and Talladega Nights. In 1967, in
Irvine, California, Will Ferrell launched his comedy career as a member of the
improv troupe based in Los Angeles, the Groundlings. He was a Saturday Night
Live cast member for seven years before becoming a popular comedic character
through off-color hits, such as Old School 2003 and Anchorman: The Legend of
Ron Burgundy 2004. Ferrell is also co-creator of the popular video streaming
site Funny or Die, and enjoyed success as a voiceover actor on animated movies
like Megamind (2010). John William Ferrell was conceived in Irvine, California
on July 16, 1967. Will Ferrell was the youngest son of Righteous Brothers
keyboardist Lee Ferrell as well as instructor Kay Ferrell. He was, by his own
admission, not exactly the class clown when he was a University High School
student. He was quiet and quiet, but he chose to be a football player, setting
a school record for the most field goals scored. Ferrell was a more laid-back
person living in suburban homes and didn't show the same kind of outrageous or
humorous flashes that would later define his career. His mother, who was interviewed
by Esquire, said Ferrell was pleasant and kind. "You remember those little
Matchbox cars?" Will arrange his Matchbox cars by himself and be
completely content. It would be like, "You want to go to Disneyland today,
or arrange your cars?' He would have to think about the matter. "That's
not to say Ferrell was a straight-laced man. A glimpse of his comedic skills
was visible every morning at high school, when he would disguise his voice in
order to announce his daily activities through the PA system. Ferrell graduated
from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles in 1986. He was a
member of the Delta Tau fraternity, and pursued a degree for sports journalism.
